Seller sent wrong size I asked for a replacement and seller told me they no longer had the one i needed in stock snd that they only had the more expensive ones in stock expecting me to pay when it was their fault in the first place. they just gave me a different size because they realised they didn’t have the size I needed how is a 2 year old supposed to fit in 6-12 months clothes? Seller asked if I tried on pjs and I did they obviously don’t fit and then seller stopped answering my messages

PJs sent had wrong design. Contacted seller and they informed me that the PJs could not be replaced with the correct design as they no longer had them in stock and if I wanted a refund I would need to pay more postage to sens item back to them. The print on the pjs is also not put on very well and colours/design does not stand out on the top like shown in there pictures.

We apologised for sending the incorrect design. We sent a dinosaur instead of a dinosaur and a cake. These were in the sale and we had none left in the size that she bought so we couldn't replace. The customer did not have to pay for returning them a label was provided by Ebay if she has gone through the correct channels.

Bought pjs and the top is tiny compared to the bottoms. I contacted the seller and all they did was send me other photos (which were not on the photos when I bought them) showing other colours ? And all they could say is they haven’t had a problem before and they’re personalised so I can’t return. They asked if I was threatening them? Because I asked if they was going to help me before I took to eBay, which I have every right to!! Also buttons the whole way down the back which wasn’t mentioned!
