Leider ist der gekaufte Artikel nicht wie in der Beschreibung angegeben, angekommen. Das Mindesthaltbarkeitsdatum war nur noch 8 Monate, obwohl die Tabletten für mindestens 24 Monate gemäß Einnahmeempfehlung ausreichen müssten. Die Kommunikation hinsichtlich der Rückgabe verlief sehr träge und schwach, so dass einem nicht wirklich geholfen wurde. Daher aufpassen und lieber bei einem anderen Verkäufer das Benötigte ohne dass man sich unnötige Kopfschmerzen einholt, einkaufen.

Wie Sie hoffentlich aus unseren anderen Berichten ersehen können, ist Ihre Beanstandung die Ausnahme und weit von unseren üblichen hohen Standards entfernt. Umso mehr sind wir bestrebt, dafür zu sorgen, dass dies gelöst wird und nicht nochmal vorkommt.
